從小養(yǎng)成良好的飲食習(xí)慣
我是一個挑食的男孩。記得有一天中午吃飯時,我往餐桌邊一坐,看了看桌上的菜,就開始皺起眉頭,把筷子一放,便大吵大嚷起來:“怎么又吃魚呀?我不吃!我不吃!”媽媽耐心地對我說:“魚是很有營養(yǎng)的,吃了對身體有好處。”我還是不聽:“我就是不想吃,我就是不想吃。反正我也不餓?!眿寢屔鷼饬?,說:“不想吃就不要吃飯了,想吃的時候自己來吃?!蔽衣犃巳绔@大赦,暗自高興,趕緊逃走了。誰知到了下午,剛上第二節(jié)課,我的肚子就開始“咕咕”叫起來。到了放學(xué)的時候,連書包都沒力氣背了。
晚上,媽媽下班回家,看到我正狼吞虎咽地吃著晚飯,笑了起來:“叫你中午不吃飯,餓壞了吧?!钡任页酝晖盹垼瑡寢尠盐医械椒块g,遞給我一本《家庭醫(yī)生》,說:“這書里面有幾篇關(guān)于挑食的文章,自己好好看看吧?!蔽疫B忙打開書仔細(xì)看了起來,真是不看不知道,一看嚇一跳,原來挑食有這么多害處呀。
不吃胡蘿卜,人們會缺乏“vc”和“胡蘿卜素”,抵抗力下降,就會經(jīng)常感冒生病。長期不吃水果蔬菜會導(dǎo)致缺鐵性貧血,體內(nèi)缺少維生素,那么頭發(fā)就會干枯稀少,會造成口腔潰瘍,甚至?xí)斐捎洃浟p退,情緒低落,嚴(yán)重的還會影響兒童的生長發(fā)育,使兒童大腦發(fā)育不良。
看完這幾篇文章,我真是驚出了一身冷汗,怪不得爺爺奶奶爸爸媽媽平時總是不厭其煩苦口婆心地教育我不能挑食,要什么都吃,身體才好,個子才能長高,可我總不當(dāng)回事,認(rèn)為我不也長得很好嘛,原來這里面有這么多學(xué)問啊??磥恚院笪乙欢ㄒ男皻w正,好好吃飯,多吃蔬菜水果,雞鴨魚肉,把我以前缺的全部補(bǔ)起來,做一個不挑食的好孩子。
